Silas Liu - Sep. 14, 2021
R, Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment Analysis is a powerful data tool that can be applied to any text file in order to provide insights through summaries. However, the results must be properly interpreted, as the automated approach can be misleading depending on context such as sarcasm or metaphor.

A study is conducted here, applying Sentiment Analysis comparing the Holy Book belonging to four of the religions with the largest followers worldwide: The Holy Bible (Christianity), The Quran (Islam), The Dhammapada (Buddhism), and The Book of Mormon (Latter-day Saint Movement). The main purpose here is not to judge, only to showcase which sentiments are most commonly expressed and which are the similarities or differences.
